Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Product Specialist – Dermatology to join our Scientific Communication & Training team. This is a unique role suited to an experienced medical representative or trainer who is passionate about education, healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, and building robust clinical partnerships.

You will play a key role in delivering medical impact by supporting dermatology clinics and pharmacy teams, delivering high-quality scientific communication, and contributing to the growth of our dermo-cosmetic brands.

About the Role

Based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of dermatology clinic accounts while supporting pharmacist’s education initiatives.

This role combines

- 70% HCP engagement and detailing
- ~60% face-to-face engagement across Melbourne dermatology clinics
- ~10% remote support for selected accounts across VIC
- 20% training delivery
- Face-to-face educational evenings and virtual education for clinics and events
- Participation in webinars, activations, and professional education programs
- 10% administration
- Reporting, CRM updates, compliance processes, and coordination activities

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to execute strategies that drive brand growth, support key accounts, and deliver impactful education across our portfolio. Territory & Travel

- Primary focus: Melbourne metropolitan area (face-to-face)
- Occasional interstate travel may be required for training events, conferences, or business needs

Requirements

- Life Sciences degree,
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in medical sales, HCP detailing
- Experience within dermatology channels highly regarded
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- High level of self-motivation and time management
- Valid Australian unencumbered driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel as required
