About the role: As a Product Support Technician, you'll provide high-quality technical support to our customers, helping keep their equipment performing safely and efficiently.

You'll be responsible for

- Diagnosing, fault-finding, repairing and servicing Epiroc equipment onsite and at our Service Centre
- Providing high-level technical support and training to customers
- Completing product upgrades and managing onsite work in progress
- Working with customer maintenance teams to implement preventative maintenance plans




- Attending customer meetings and building solid, long-term relationships
- Ensuring all work complies with Epiroc and customer SHEQ requirements

About you: We're looking for a hands-on technician who enjoys solving problems, working with customers and being part of a high-performing team.

You'll ideally have

- Customer-facing field service experience
- A Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or Hydraulic trade qualification
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematics
- Experience diagnosing and repairing mining or construction equipment
- Experience with hydraulics and low-voltage electrical systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Extensive experience within the mining, construction or related industries
- Epiroc Product knowledge and experience advantageous
