We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join a busy and growing production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous machine operating or manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a long-term prospect. Full training in screen printing will be provided.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with machine setup and production runs
- Loading and unloading garments from the printing machine
- Monitoring print quality and completing quality checks
- Preparing inks and screens for production

- Cleaning machines and equipment

- Completing production paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting with general production duties as required

What We're Looking For





- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
- Willingness to learn screen printing - full training provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
