Who are we?

Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is one of Australia's newest and most exciting lithium producers.

Our Kathleen Valley Lithium

Operation in Western Australia is a world-class, tier-one asset with a 20+ year mine life — and we're now planning to build on that foundation through a significant staged expansion.

Early works for the expansion are underway. Underground development of the Northwest Flats orebody is progressing, and a major programme of site infrastructure — accommodation, roads, water management, and borefields — is being delivered to support the growing operation. These are 2-year maximum term roles, created specifically for our expansion plans.

Why join now?

This is a rare chance to join a fast-moving, dedicated project team at the very beginning of a major capital programme, taking on a genuinely varied portfolio of site infrastructure works — from accommodation and buildings through to roads, water infrastructure, and borefields.

You'll work across the full project lifecycle — developing scopes, running tenders, and delivering works on the ground — for a diverse range of packages in a single assignment. If building your site-based delivery experience across civil, structural, and water infrastructure disciplines on a real, live capital programme is what drives you, this is the role.

What you'll be doing

Developing scopes of work and technical specifications for assigned infrastructure packages, and leading tender processes through to evaluation and contract award

Managing the delivery of accommodation camp expansion works, and warehouse and workshop construction,

from mobilisation through to practical completion

Delivering road construction packages to two distinct standards — internal site roads and Main Roads WA-compliant external roads — ensuring each meets its applicable design and compliance requirements

Managing the construction of tailings dams and dewatering ponds, including earthworks, pipework, and pump station installation

Coordinating borefield expansion works across approvals and heritage clearances, earthworks, monitoring and production bore drilling, and pipe and pump installation for dewatering

Managing contractors across the full cycle: tender strategy, commercial evaluation, performance oversight, and claims management

Developing and managing schedules and cost forecasts for assigned packages, identifying critical path risks and driving corrective action

Coordinating with operations, engineering, environmental, and supply chain teams to manage interfaces and ensure integrated delivery

Providing clear, accurate project reporting to the Project Manager and broader leadership team

What we are looking for

Tertiary qualification in engineering — civil, structural, or a related discipline (we consider a broad range of engineering backgrounds)

Proven experience delivering civil and infrastructure works — camps, buildings, roads, or water infrastructure — in mining, resources, or comparable heavy industry

Experience with earthworks, pipework, and pump station construction, ideally including tailings, dewatering, or borefield infrastructure

Understanding of road design and construction standards, including Main Roads WA requirements

Experience navigating approvals and heritage processes for greenfield or brownfield works

Robust contractor and commercial management capability: scoping, tendering, contract administration, and claims management

Experience on brownfields or operating sites, including managing simultaneous operations and site interfaces

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) desirable

Current Australian driver's licence and ability to satisfy standard WA mine site induction, ticketing, and medical requirements
