The role also involves conducting market and business analysis, evaluating strategic opportunities, developing business cases, preparing management presentations, and supporting initiatives that improve operational efficiency and long-term business performance.

Successful candidates will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, track key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and ensure projects are delivered effectively and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business,



Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management, business strategy, planning, and organizational processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze business data, market trends, financial information, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, business analysis, and strategic planning frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity or project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, business cases, and management updates.
- Solid stakeholder management, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
