Role Description

- Lead and support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements to ensure effective execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive projects toward defined objectives.
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business analysis to identify growth opportunities, strategic risks, and operational improvements.
- Support corporate strategy development, business planning, and strategic decision-making through structured research and analysis.
- Develop business cases, financial models, management presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, key performance indicators, and strategic initiatives, identifying issues and proposing corrective actions.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions, ensuring explicit communication, accountability, and follow-through.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of initiatives that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
- Track market trends, competitive dynamics, organizational performance, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic priorities.
- Prepare regular project updates, executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of project management, business strategy, financial analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analysis or project management tools.
- Ability to analyze financial, operational, market, and performance data to support business decisions.
- Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and competitive environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions and teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, business case analysis, or OKRs is a plus.
