The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of a range of small to medium residential, commercial and government developments across client sites throughout Victoria. Working closely with builders, site teams and clients, you will build strong relationships, coordinate project activity and ensure each build is delivered to plan. This role will suit a building industry qualified that has either developed their skills via a trade background or comes with a construction qualification, allowing you to confidently manage all areas of project delivery.
From managing site based teams, to regular stakeholder updates and problem solving with project teams, your existing experience in a similar role will ensure all project deliverables are met to the highest standards.
Duties
- Manage residential, commercial and government developments across regional Victorian sites.
- Coordinate and lead builders, contractors, clients and site teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality and compliance.
Attend sites to review progress and resolve practical issues.
- Identify risks, manage delays and keep project deliverables on track.
- Complete project documentation and handover requirements.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in residential construction, property development or site-based project delivery.
- Demonstrated relevant stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Practical problem-solving ability and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.
- Sound understanding of site safety, quality and compliance requirements.
- Either a trade background and/or relevant building/construction qualification
