Project Manager | SaaS Transformation & Enterprise Applications

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major enterprise organisation and lead the delivery of a critical finance systems transformation initiative.

The initial focus of this role is the migration of a business-critical invoice processing platform from an internally hosted environment to a modern SaaS solution. The platform sits within a broader finance and procurement ecosystem, integrating with ERP platforms including JD Edwards and SAP, and plays a key role in invoice ingestion, workflow and payment processing activities across the business.

This program has become a significant business priority due to vendor support constraints on the current platform. The organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager who can bring structure, drive decision-making and ensure the program remains focussed on its core objectives.

The Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Shared Services and Technology, you will take ownership of project delivery, vendor management, governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

You will partner with business leaders, SMEs and external vendors to ensure delivery remains on track, key decisions are made in a timely manner and competing stakeholder priorities are effectively managed. Whilst the technical implementation will largely be undertaken by the vendor and internal specialists, this role requires a strong delivery leader who can maintain momentum, manage risks and prevent scope creep from impacting project outcomes.

About You To be successful in this role,



you will bring proven experience delivering complex projects across ERP, finance systems or enterprise application environments.

You will ideally demonstrate experience with:

- ERP and finance platforms such as SAP, JD Edwards, BlackLine or similar enterprise systems
- Finance, Procurement, Shared Services or Accounts Payable environments
- SaaS migrations, enterprise application upgrades or platform modernisation initiatives
- Vendor-led implementations and third-party delivery models
- Managing complex stakeholder groups with competing business priorities
- Governance, reporting, risk management and executive-level communication

We are particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers who have delivered business-critical application migrations, successfully managed vendor relationships and competing interval priorities.
