Project Support Officer, Assurance, Temporary, Sydney
This role is a Clerk Grade 05/06, with a base salary for this role starting at $102,936 - $113,579 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.
This is a temporary position up until July 2027, with the potential to extend.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer who provides high quality coordination, administration, stakeholder engagement and financial support services to enable the effective delivery of Infrastructure NSW's Investor Assurance function and associated assurance review activities.
Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:
- Provide end-to-end financial and contract administration support for the Investor Assurance function, including supplier set-up, purchase order management, invoice processing and tracking, and liaison with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Provide high-level administration and senior executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, document management and other business support activities.
- Support expert reviewer panel processes, including maintaining panel information, coordinating communications and assisting with activities that support assurance review delivery ensuring assurance reviews are delivered efficiently and stakeholders are kept informed.
- Work closely with Assurance Associates on team initiatives, supporting planning, coordination, document preparation, follow-up actions and continuous improvement activities to support the achievement of team objectives and continuous improvement outcomes.
About You
You will bring demonstrated experience supporting multiple Executive Directors and Directors in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes. You will be a strong communicator, maintaining effective stakeholder relationships and ensuring explicit, timely information sharing to support collaboration, coordination, and efficient delivery of work.
