We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes: * Proven expertise or understanding in third party governance and compliance frameworks and how governance structures support accountability, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance across the contract lifecycle. * Highly developed skills in identifying, assessing and mitigating ICT risks arising from third-party engagements, with the ability to balance risk tolerance with business continuity needs. * Highly developed oral and written communication skills, including solid interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate with influence and establish positive, strategic partnerships and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Highly developed research, analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills including proven capability to interpret contract terms,
audit findings and compliance data to identify trends and systemic issues as it relates to ICT third party arrangements. * Demonstrated expert knowledge and understanding of the strategic direction and legislative and governance frameworks and the ability to effectively drive compliance, influence decision-making, and deliver outcomes that align with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
