mentoring and inclusive teaching approaches * Maintain currency in landscape construction industry practices and teaching methodologies * Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance activities * Promote safe work practices, sustainability and positive learning environments * Build strong relationships with students, industry and stakeholders What You'll Bring * Solid knowledge of national training packages and accredited courses * Ability to deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training * Excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills * Commitment to continuous professional development * A student-centred, inclusive approach and understanding of safe work practices What You'll Need (Mandatory Qualifications / Requirements) * Certificate III in Landscape Construction (AHC30921) or equivalent/higher. * TAE40122 / TAE40116 / TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or * Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or Training Design and Development; or * Higher-level adult education qualification approved by TAFE Queensland. * Current industry skills directly relevant to landscape construction.
