The opportunity:

- Assistant Property Manager supporting an experienced PM across a well-maintained residential portfolio
- Structured training with clear pathways into a full Property Manager role

What you will be doing:

- Assisting with routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and preparing detailed condition reports
- Supporting leasing activities including opens, application processing and reference checks
- Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries, providing timely and professional customer service
- Helping to coordinate maintenance, liaise with trades, and follow up work orders
- General administration including document preparation, database updates and filing

What you bring:





- 6–18 months’ experience in residential real estate, property management or leasing (or strong admin plus real estate interest)
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence with a reliable car
- Robust communication skills, professional presentation and a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Good attention to detail, time management and willingness to learn from senior team members
