? What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own residential property portfolio
- Leasing properties and processing applications
- Building great relationships with Rental Providers and renters
- Managing arrears and payment follow-ups
- Coordinating and actioning maintenance
- Closing routine inspection reports
- Managing lease renewals and rent increases
- Managing vacates and final inspection outcomes
- Handling bond claims and VCAT matters when required
- Keeping your portfolio organised and up to date
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is:
- Organised, proactive and a excellent communicator
- Confident managing their own portfolio
- Great at building relationships
- Able to work independently while still being a team player
- Positive, reliable and ready to get involved
- Experienced in Property Management
- Familiar with Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation
