An exciting chance has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a fast-growing property investment and management business based in Geraldton.

This is not your typical real estate agency. The business works closely with property investors and landlords, helping them build and manage their investment portfolios while providing a high level of ongoing property management service.

The business has experienced impressive organic growth, building a portfolio of approximately 130 properties in just the past 3–4 months. With the portfolio continuing to expand, they are now looking for a Property Manager who can take ownership of the Geraldton portfolio and become an important part of the business as it grows.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working independently, building solid relationships with landlords and having genuine ownership of their portfolio. While you will be trusted to manage your day-to-day responsibilities, you will have plenty of support around you, with assistance available across administration and the wider business.

What you'll be doing

- Manage a growing residential property portfolio in Geraldton
- Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Handle day-to-day property management matters and provide proactive communication
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections,



leasing and property-related requirements
- Ensure landlords receive a professional and responsive service
- Work independently while being supported by an established wider team
- Help shape the property management function as the Geraldton portfolio continues to grow
