About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Property Manager or a Property Associate looking to take the next step in their career.
Working as part of a supportive Property Management team, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional experiences for landlords and tenants while contributing to the successful management of a residential property portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and supporting a portfolio of residential properties
- Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs and keeping landlords informed
- Preparing and coordinating lease agreements
- Advertising properties and conducting open homes and private inspections
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry requirements
About You We're open to considering candidates at either Property Associate or Property Manager level.
You will ideally have
- Previous experience in Property Management or as a Property Associate
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration as a minimum, with a willingness to work towards your full Real Estate Licence
- Sound knowledge and understanding of current NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Solid communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- A current NSW Driver's Licence
