We’re looking for a curious, detail-driven, and quality-focused QA Analyst to help ensure our software is reliable, functional, and ready for users. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating problems, exploring different scenarios, and working closely with development teams to improve product quality.

? Key Responsibilities

- Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
- Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and QA documentation.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to investigate reported issues.
- Retest bug fixes and verify that issues have been properly resolved.
- Assist with testing new features, integrations, releases, and product updates.
- Perform browser, device, and basic compatibility testing.
- Review product requirements and identify potential quality risks.
- Maintain accurate testing records, results, and defect reports.
- Support improvements to QA processes, testing coverage, and release quality.

? What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with test cases, bug tracking, and defect reporting.
- Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, or databases is a plus.
- Exposure to Jira, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and investigative mindset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to learn new testing tools, technologies, and processes.
- Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in software quality.
