We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and quality-focused QA Analyst to help ensure our software products are reliable, intuitive, and ready for real-world use. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys testing different scenarios, investigating unexpected behavior, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver better products.

? Key Responsibilities

- Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
- Create, organize, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers to investigate bugs and clarify technical issues.
- Retest fixes and verify that reported issues have been successfully resolved.
- Assist with testing new features, integrations, releases, and product updates.
- Perform browser, device, and basic compatibility testing.
- Review requirements and identify potential quality risks or edge cases.
- Maintain accurate test results, defect reports, and QA documentation.
- Support improvements to testing processes, coverage, and release quality.

? What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to investigation.
- Familiarity with test cases, bug reporting, and defect tracking.
- Basic knowledge of web applications, APIs, or databases is a plus.
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new testing methodologies and technical tools.
- Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in software quality.
