We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused QA Tester / Automation Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about software quality, testing, automation, troubleshooting, and delivering reliable digital products.
? Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for software applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, API, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects and issues.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and testing frameworks.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
- Perform API testing and validate application responses and data integrity.
- Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and compatibility testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and other QA professionals.
- Participate in requirements reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential risks.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
- Investigate test failures and work with developers to identify root causes.
- Perform performance, reliability, and basic security testing when required.
- Monitor product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Continuously improve QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies.
✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in software testing,
quality assurance, automation testing, or application development is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant software testing projects or technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect management processes.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman, or similar technologies is an advantage.
- Basic programming or scripting skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with API testing, SQL, databases, and web application testing.
- Experience with Git and version control systems is preferred.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD tools and automated testing pipelines is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple testing tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
