VIPR Industries is expanding rapidly and seeking qualified Electricians and Solar Installers to join our dynamic and growing team in Emerald, QLD. This is a full-time, permanent role with immediate start available. Work Monday to Friday and be home every night. You’ll be joining a supportive and innovative company working across diverse projects in solar and electrical sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Installation and fault finding of AC Units
- Solar installations including off-grid and on-grid systems
- Maintenance and breakdown repairs for a wide range of residential and commercial clients
- Execution of large-scale electrical and solar projects
- Clear communication and qualified customer service
- Detailed documentation of jobs and compliance with safety standards
- Testing and fault finding in domestic and commercial sectors

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning (Optional)
- Current QLD Electrical Licence
- ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence (Optional)
- Manual Open 'C' Class Driver’s Licence
- Current LVR & CPR Certification
- Solar experience (Desired for solar roles)
- Project experience and battery storage systems (Desired)
- Strong work ethic, team player, and excellent communication skills
