Role Description Develop and apply quantitative models, statistical methods, and analytical frameworks to support research and decision-making. Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify meaningful patterns, relationships, and opportunities for further investigation. Design, test, and refine analytical models using appropriate mathematical and statistical techniques.
Build research workflows that transform data into clear, actionable insights, while maintaining strong standards for accuracy, consistency, and reproducibility.
Collaborate with research, technology, and business teams to translate analytical questions into well-defined quantitative approaches. Evaluate model outputs, conduct validation and sensitivity analysis, document methodologies, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Continuously explore new analytical techniques, data sources, and modeling approaches to improve research quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Solid foundation in probability, statistics, linear algebra, calculus, and quantitative modeling.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or another programming language commonly used for data analysis and modeling.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, data processing, model development, and research methodology.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets and convert analytical results into clear conclusions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to quantitative questions.
- Understanding of model validation, performance evaluation, sensitivity analysis, and research documentation.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly through written analysis, presentations, and visualizations.
- Strong attention to data quality, analytical consistency, and reproducibility.
- Curiosity and a continuous-learning mindset, with an interest in quantitative research, financial markets, technology, or related analytical fields.
