Role Description

- Develop and implement quantitative models, statistical methods, and systematic strategies to support investment and trading decisions.
- Conduct rigorous research on financial markets, securities, alternative data, and market dynamics to identify actionable insights and alpha opportunities.
- Design, backtest, validate, and optimize quantitative strategies, with a strong focus on robustness, risk-adjusted performance, and scalability.
- Build analytical frameworks and research tools for signal generation, portfolio construction, risk management, and performance attribution.
- Work with large and complex datasets to identify patterns, test hypotheses, and translate research findings into practical investment solutions.
- Monitor model and strategy performance, investigate deviations, and continuously improve methodologies based on market conditions and research results.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, engineers, and other quantitative professionals to develop data-driven solutions and enhance the overall research process.
- Maintain high standards of research integrity, reproducibility, documentation, and model governance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science,



Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong foundation in probability, statistics, linear algebra, optimization, time-series analysis, and quantitative modeling.
- Robust programming skills in Python and/or other quantitative programming languages; experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.

- Solid understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, portfolio theory, and quantitative research methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate hypotheses, analyze complex datasets, conduct empirical research, and communicate conclusions clearly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with machine learning, statistical learning, factor models, portfolio optimization, or alternative data is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to both quantitative and non-quantitative audiences.
