About The Role This is a relocation opportunity for ambitious candidates currently based in Darwin: move to Dubai and build a career in a market with no income tax, year-round demand, and some of the strongest commission structures in global real estate. Training, mentorship and marketing support are all provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactions
- Assist with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction process
- Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
- Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventory
- Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
- Advise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off plan properties

Requirements

- Currently based in Darwin (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
- Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estate
- Highly motivated, disciplined and target oriented




- Financial stability is essential (commission based role, 6 months of savings recommended)
- Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Driving licence preferred, as you will need one in Dubai
