Casual Receptionist – Hotel / Accommodation

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and professional Casual Receptionist to join our team.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has a flexible approach to their work.

The Role

As a Receptionist, your duties will include:

- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Handling check-ins and check-outs
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Taking bookings and providing information to guests
- General reception and administrative duties
- Providing friendly and professional customer service

About You We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, approachable and well presented
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident dealing with guests
- Organised and able to work independently
- Flexible with your availability
- Experienced in hotel reception
- A team player with a positive attitude





Hotel or accommodation experience is highly regarded, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
