At Chandler Macleod xPO, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering recruitment and workforce solutions across a defined client portfolio.

This is more than a recruitment role. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, driving workforce outcomes through strong stakeholder partnerships, market expertise, and end-to-end recruitment excellence. You'll also manage an active contractor workforce, ensuring compliance, safety and operational success throughout the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and mobilisation
- Deliver recruitment outcomes aligned to workforce plans, KPIs and service level agreements
- Provide market insights and workforce recommendations that support informed hiring decisions
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and become a trusted workforce partner
- Manage contractor onboarding, engagement, extensions and offboarding activities
- Work collaboratively with recruitment, mobilisation, payroll and compliance teams to deliver seamless outcomes
- Contribute to workforce reporting, continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence activities

What You'll Bring

- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience within MSP, RPO, agency or high-volume talent acquisition environments
- Solid stakeholder management capability with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
- Experience managing contractors and navigating compliance-driven environments




- Understanding of workforce governance, safety and operational recruitment requirements
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Experience using ATS/CRM platforms such as Bullhorn or similar systems
- A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and workforce outcomes
