Salary: $90,000 plus super

Job Type: Permanent (38 hours Full-time) About the Role Hi Five Community Services is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our community care team, delivering high-quality clinical support to a diverse client base, including clients who communicate primarily in Hindi and Punjabi. This role is central to ensuring protected, accurate, and culturally appropriate care delivery across our client group.

Key Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care and clinical support to clients in home and community settings

- Conduct client assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards
- Communicate clinical information clearly and accurately with clients and families, including those who speak Hindi and/or Punjabi as their primary language
- Liaise with allied health professionals, support coordinators, and family members
- Ensure compliance with relevant clinical governance, medication management, and infection control standards




- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records
- Train and upskill support workers in clinical care delivery for clients with high complex care needs Skills and Experience Required • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Relevant nursing qualification (Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in community, disability, or aged care nursing
- Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver's license and own vehicle (if applicable) Desirable • Experience working within NDIS or aged care service delivery
