Role Description The Registered Nurse role at Dyvest Health Care is a full-time, on-site position based in Hurstville, NSW.

The Registered

Nurse will provide comprehensive patient care, including triage, clinical assessments, administering medications, and performing procedures such as wound care, immunizations, and chronic disease management support. Daily responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, assisting GPs during consultations and minor procedures, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The role also involves patient education on treatment plans and health promotion, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members,



and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.

Qualifications

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant national regulatory body and eligibility to practice in NSW.
- Demonstrated experience in primary care, general practice, or community health, with skills in triage, clinical assessment, and chronic disease management.
- Proficiency in administering medications, performing wound care, conducting vaccinations, and following evidence-based clinical guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Competence in clinical documentation, use of electronic medical record systems, and adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control, workplace health and safety, and quality improvement processes in a clinical setting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to person-centered care, cultural safety, and non-discriminatory, inclusive practice for all patients.
- Relevant postgraduate training or certifications in areas such as immunization, wound management, or chronic disease care are highly regarded.
