Residential Property Manager

Edison Property is continuing to grow and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our expanding team.

This role suits someone who loves building strong relationships, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and wants to be part of a forward-thinking, people-first agency.

About the role In this role, your focus is on people, not paperwork. You’ll be supported by a Virtual Assistant for administrative tasks and a Field Services team handling most on-site work, allowing you to concentrate on client relationships and portfolio performance.

Your responsibilities will include

- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
- Being the key point of contact for your portfolio
- Overseeing service delivery and outcomes across your properties
- Working closely with support teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Managing lease renewals,



rent reviews and compliance at a high level

About you

- Proven experience in residential property management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident managing priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Professional, calm and solutions-focused approach
- Current WA driver’s licence
