We are also looking for a Retail Assistant to join our Kaisercraft Belmont store!

The Opportunity
As a casual Retail & Online Fulfilment Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring our online customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. With the support and guidance from Head Office, you will support the fulfilment of online orders while helping keep our ecommerce operations running smoothly.
You will also assist with ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;
- Opening and closing of the store
- Manage the fulfilment of online orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Process and manage orders through Shopify and internal systems
- Work closely with Head Office to coordinate order queries and updates
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves
- Maintain organisation and efficiency within the ecommerce fulfilment area
- Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
- Maintaining the store’s appearance and organization to a high standard
About You:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Previous experience in ecommerce fulfilment, warehouse, or online order processing
- The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
- A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products
- Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative
- Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends. There will be a requirement for staff to start at 7am during peak periods.
- Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
