You'll be on the floor with customers from the moment they walk in — helping them choose a look, taking measurements, booking fittings, and making sure every hire goes out and comes back the way it should.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and understanding what their event calls for
- Recommending suits, tuxedos, shirts and accessories to suit the occasion, fit and budget
- Measuring and fitting customers, and coordinating alterations
- Managing hire bookings, deposits, pick-ups and returns
- Keeping stock tidy, tracked and floor-ready
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- General store presentation and housekeeping
About you
- Previous retail experience (essential)
- Menswear, formalwear or tailoring experience (a definite bonus, but we'll train the right person)
- Full working rights in Australia (essential)
- A friendly, professional manner and genuine interest in helping people look their best
- Attention to detail — sizes,
dates and bookings matter in this business
- Reliability, and the ability to work independently in a small team
