We are looking for a Full Time Retail Manager at our two Poolwerx stores in Boronia and Lilydale. It's being the friendly face clients rely on when they walk through the door. Key responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Training and developing a team of retail assistants
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Customer service
- Water testing and advice for chemical & equipment solutions
- Stock control and merchandising
- Store opening and cash handling
About you
- Current unrestricted drivers licence required
- Consent to a police clearance check
- Self-motivated and good at thinking on your feet
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own client base
- Experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry is desirable but not essential
- Learning attitude
