About the role: * Provide safe, compassionate and developmentally appropriate nursing care to infants, children and adolescents, while supporting their families every step of the way. * Use your Enrolled Nursing knowledge and clinical expertise to assess, monitor and provide ongoing care to children with a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions. * Apply current paediatric evidence, clinical guidelines and best-practice recommendations to your day-to-day care, helping ensure every child receives high-quality, evidence-based treatment. * Partner with Registered Nurses and a diverse multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver protected, effective and person-centred care. About you: * Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) via AHPRA. * A relevant Advanced Diploma or associate degree is highly desirable. If you don't have one yet, that's okay ,
a commitment to completing the qualification within an agreed timeframe may be included in your performance and development plan. * Motivated to build knowledge, confidence and clinical skills, progressing from novice towards advanced practice. * Provide care that respects every person's rights, privacy, dignity and individuality, ensuring they feel heard, valued and respected. What we offer:
