In this role, you will: * Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, papers, and minutes * Support the preparation and quality assurance of relevant materials * Manage documentation through governance systems * Liaise with senior executives and stakeholders across the HHS * Track actions and ensure governance processes and timelines are met. This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
