About the Role:
Working as part of a team and reporting through to the Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes
- Raise accurate invoices for wholesale and corporate customers
- Process daily customer payments and receipts
- Maintain and reconcile the AR ledger and customer accounts
- Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Monitor debtor ageing and follow up overdue accounts
- Resolve payment issues, disputes, and customer queries
- Handle queries with internal and external stakeholders
- Ad hoc duties as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- A keen willingness to learn, develop and grow their career
- Prior experience in a similar Accounts position (3-5 years ideally)
- Excellent communication and phone manner
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace
