About the Role

An chance is available for an experienced Business Manager / Operations Manager to join a well-established national security services business.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will oversee the operational and commercial delivery of security services across a portfolio of high-profile and high-net-worth clients, while leading security personnel and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Duties

- Manage security operations across a portfolio of key clients
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Lead Security Officers, Supervisors and operational personnel
- Oversee rostering, workforce planning and service delivery
- Manage incidents, complaints and operational escalations
- Monitor labour utilisation and commercial performance
- Maintain SOPs, reporting and security compliance
- Recruit,



coach and performance-manage operational staff

Skills & Experience

- Experience as a Business Manager, Operations Manager, Security Operations Manager or similar
- Strong commercial security, guarding or protective services background
- Military or Police Force background (highly desirable)
- Operational and commercial understanding of security services
- Experience managing high-profile, HNW, VIP or sensitive clients (advantageous)
- Proven leadership of operational security teams
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of security compliance, risk and SOPs
