Looking for your next opportunity in the plumbing and building industry? Ken's Plumbing Supplies Rockhampton is looking for a reliable, motivated and customer-focused person to join our team in a full-time Trade Counter Sales position.

We are an established business with a long-standing history in the Plumbing & Building Industry, servicing plumbers, tradespeople, contractors, builders and the general public.

What you'll be doing

This is a varied role where you'll be dealing directly with customers while also being involved in the day-to-day running of the branch.

Your responsibilities will include

- Serving plumbers, tradespeople, contractors and the general public
- Counter sales and providing great customer service
- Building strong relationships with our regular trade customers
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Stock control and general warehouse duties
- Using computers and internal systems

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys dealing with people
- Works well as part of a team
- Has valuable communication and customer service skills




- Is comfortable using computers
- Is organised and able to work in a busy environment

Plumbing or trade-counter experience is an advantage, but the right attitude is just as important. If you have experience in retail, sales, customer service, warehousing or another trade environment, we'd encourage you to apply.
