What You'll Do
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare and serve donuts, beverages, and other products
- Process customer transactions and operate the POS
- Keep the store clean, organised, and well-presented
- Restock products and assist with daily store operations
- Work closely with the team during busy periods
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and positive
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Previous Barista, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
Availability – Essential Requirement
This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will need to have sufficient availability to work 38 hours per week. The roster may vary across different days, so flexibility is important. The more flexible your availability, the better, as this will help support the needs of the store.
