We’re looking for a Room Attendantto join our team, to help shape clean, welcoming spaces that reflect the heart and soul of Caption by Hyatt. We have multiple part-time and fulltime vacancies available.

As a Room Attendant at Caption by Hyatt Central Sydney, you will work on a rotational basis within the housekeeping department, delivering courteous and efficient service to ensure maximum guest satisfaction in line with brand standards.

Some Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies and fridges to Hyatt standards
- Replenish linen, amenities and cleaning supplies
- Keep corridors, pantries, trolleys and back-of-house areas clean and organised
- Check room status and accurately update assignment reports
- Report maintenance issues, lost property, damage and unusual incidents
- Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism and efficiency
- Work closely with Housekeeping and other hotel teams
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene and chemical-use procedures

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, energetic and takes pride in the details. You’ll bring a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and a genuine commitment to making every guest feel at home. If you’re ready to be part of a fresh, people-focused hotel team,

What you will bring to the role:

- Experience in hotel housekeeping, general office or hotel cleaning or hotel experience
- A people-first attitude—you’re friendly, dependable deliver a warm guest experience.
- A strong work ethic and take pride in the details.
- Confidence in using checklists and following systems.
- Understand the importance of safe work practices and well-presented spaces.
- Explicit communicator, who is organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player, who is always ready to lend a hand.
- Full working rights, able to work and flexible and rotating roster.
