About the Role

Room Leader: Bumbles (2 - 3 years)

Create a nurturing and engaging setting where our little ones feel confident, connected, and supported as they develop their growing independence. We’re looking for an experienced Room Leader who is passionate about building strong relationships, responding to children’s emerging interests, and creating meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, and intentional teaching. This role requires flexibility with shifts and availability to act as Responsible Person when required, including opening and closing duties.

What We’re Looking For

- Working towards or hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (essential)
- Previous experience leading a room in an early learning setting (essential)
- Willing and able to act as Responsible Person when required
- Flexible with shifts: availability across operating hours 6:30am - 6:00pm
- Valid WA Working with Children Check

- Full Australian working rights
