We’re now seeking an a highly experienced hands on Safety Manager to champion this mission and elevate our organisation-wide WHS capability.

Your impact

- Lead the organisation’s Safety Strategy and drive continuous improvement
- Strengthen WHS systems, policies, and standards through best-practice safety governance
- Build a proactive, accountable safety culture through coaching, engagement, and visible leadership
- Ensure WHS compliance and manage regulatory obligations
- Oversee incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Lead risk assessments, critical risk programs, and hazard controls




- Partner with executives and operational and site leaders to embed safety into everyday decision-making
- Analyse safety data, monitor KPIs, and provide insights to senior leadership

What you bring

- Proven hands on Safety leadership experience in a complex operational environment across all mainland states
- Solid knowledge of WHS legislation, risk frameworks, and safety systems
- Ability to influence, coach, and build capability across diverse teams
- A proactive mindset with a passion for cultural change and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
