Role Title: Sales and Marketing Manager We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of sales, marketing and business development strategies for our caravan retail operations in South-East Queensland. The role is responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, maximising sales and customer loyalty, promoting the company's products and services, and strengthening the company's brand, reputation and market position. This is a hands-on leadership position combining strategic sales management with direct oversight of branch operations, customer relationships and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies and set branch sales targets to maximise revenue, customer acquisition and customer loyalty.

Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's caravans, products and services and increase market penetration and sales.

Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen brand image, customer engagement and loyalty and encourage increased consumption of the company's products and services.

Develop and maintain strategies that strengthen the company's image and reputation with customers, suppliers, industry stakeholders and the wider market.

Lead sales performance,



manage the sales pipeline and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share.

Lead branch operations, including sales, customer service, stock, showroom presentation, workshop and warranty requirements.

Monitor market trends, customer demand and competitor activity and use market insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Build and maintain strong customer and industry relationships and represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events where required.

Skills & Experience The successful applicant will have:

Demonstrated experience in sales management, business development, branch management or a related commercial role.

Proven experience developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.

Experience developing strategies to promote products and services, increase sales and build customer loyalty.

Strong commercial, negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills.

Experience leading and managing a sales or customer-facing team.

Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer engagement and market development.

Experience in automotive, caravan, RV, retail or a related industry is desirable.

Fluent English and Mandarin language skills.

A degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
