Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Elsternwick, The Sales Associate will support residential property sales by conducting prospecting activities, managing buyer and seller inquiries, and assisting with open homes and property inspections. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate listing information, preparing and updating marketing materials, coordinating appointments, and following up with leads to nurture relationships. The role also involves collaborating with senior sales agents,



using CRM and other technology tools, and providing professional, timely service to all clients in line with Woodards’ standards.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Sales acumen and negotiation capability, with a focus on achieving targets ethically and transparently.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple listings, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems, and openness to adopting recent real estate technologies.
- Customer service mindset, with a commitment to delivering professional, responsive, and reliable support.
- Knowledge of the Melbourne residential property market; prior real estate or sales experience is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between properties and offices as required.
- Relevant qualifications in real estate & eligibility for local real estate registration or licensing is required
