They’re looking for a Sales Consultant who can take an enquiry, understand what the client wants and turn it into an event they’re excited to book.
You’ll be responsible for
- Responding to inbound sales enquiries
- Creating tailored event packages and proposals
- Following up leads and converting them into bookings
- Upselling packages and increasing booking value
- Building relationships with private and corporate clients
- Managing your pipeline and client activity in HubSpot
- Working closely with the events and operations teams
You may already work in sales, hospitality, events, fitness, travel, automotive or another target-driven customer environment.
You’ll need
- Confidence speaking with clients over the phone and online
- A natural ability to build rapport
- Motivation to achieve targets and earn commission
- Strong follow-up and organisation
- A qualified but personable communication style
