TrailBlazer Finance is growing – and we're building a dedicated front-end sales team to match.

Based in Bondi Junction, we're a specialist lender funding $50K–$2.5M deals for finance brokers, accountants, financial advisers and law firms – a space the big banks just don't service well. If you like being close to the action, this is it!

What you'll actually be doing:

- Own the front door – be the primary point of contact for all incoming enquiries, making sure every prospect gets a professional first impression
- Run the CRM (ZOHO) – create, manage, assign and update leads so no enquiry or prospect slips through the cracks
- Qualify and direct enquiries – assess incoming leads (including preliminary lending questions) and route them to the right place, fast
- Keep the pipeline moving – follow up consistently with clients and prospects to progress opportunities through to the team for structuring and onboarding
- Handle valuation coordination – liaise with external valuers and our internal credit team to organise valuations and pre-assessment activities
- Prepare client-ready documentation – put together valuation reports, summaries and supporting paperwork, and manage the sending and e-signing of client forms




- Manage the money side – raise invoices and set up customer records in ZOHO Books, and coordinate reimbursements and payments for valuations and other services
- Chase the paper trail – follow up outstanding documentation so applications and transactions keep progressing without delay
- Manage existing clients - manage an existing client portfolio and ongoing enquiries
- Generate income - settle deals within a defined scope and product offering (under $200,000)

You'll thrive here if you've got:

✅ Sharp organisational skills and an eye for detail

✅ CRM experience (Zoho a big plus)

✅ A proactive, "get it done" attitude

✅ Confidence talking to clients, brokers and stakeholders

✅ Bonus points for finance, lending, mortgage broking or professional services background
