With a strong reputation across contract packing and in-house manufacturing, they offer customers a truly end-to-end packaging solution across cosmetics, personal care, food and beverage, home care and healthcare categories.

The Role

This is an autonomous sales position reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be the commercial lead for the contract packing division, responsible for building your own pipeline, winning new business and growing a portfolio of quality accounts. You won't be starting from scratch; there is an existing customer base, a strong product offering and a supportive customer service team behind you.

You will also collaborate with a wider sales team across other divisions to identify and progress cross-selling opportunities.

This role suits someone who thrives with autonomy, takes ownership of their results and doesn't need to be managed to perform.

What You'll Be Doing

- Identifying and converting new contract packing customers across cosmetics, personal care, home care, and healthcare and nutraceutical categories
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to quoting,



negotiation and close
- Building long-term relationships with customers and ensuring an exceptional experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met within quality-accredited processes
- Reporting on pipeline, forecasting and performance to the MD

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years B2B sales experience in contract packing , co-packing, co-manufacturing or a related packaging environment
- A genuine hunter, someone who is energised by new business and comfortable building a pipeline from the ground up
- Strong understanding of contract packing operations including assembly, kitting, labelling and secondary packaging
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- CRM proficiency (NetSuite preferred)
