SALES REPRESENTATIVE – PRINT INDUSTRY

Optima Press, based in Balcatta, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with a robust understanding of the printing industry to develop new business, build lasting customer relationships and help grow our client base.

The Role The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Developing new business opportunities and generating sales
- Managing and growing an existing customer portfolio
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Identifying customer requirements and providing suitable print solutions
- Preparing and following up quotations
- Liaising with estimating, production and administration teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Managing customer projects from initial enquiry through to completion
- Maintaining regular contact with customers and identifying opportunities for repeat business
- Achieving agreed sales targets and contributing to the continued growth of the business
- Keeping up to date with developments in printing, finishing and related services

About You We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous sales experience within the printing industry
- A strong understanding of offset and digital printing




- Knowledge of print finishing processes and the ability to discuss print solutions with customers
- Proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A professional, confident and customer-focused approach
- The ability to work independently while being an effective team player
- A strong commercial understanding and a results-driven attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customer requirements

Experience with PrintIQ or other print industry software would be advantageous but is not essential. What We Offer
