Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mascot, NSW. This position is responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and promoting Delaco Panels® product lines to architects, designers, builders, and commercial clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.




- Proficient Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated Sales experience in B2B or interiors/building materials, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience with Training clients or partners on product features, installation methods, or best practices.
- Exposure to Sales Management or pipeline management, including use of CRM tools for tracking opportunities.
- Ability to work on-site in Mascot, NSW, with a valid right to work in Australia.
- Basic understanding of interior design, construction, or building products is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a design, construction, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
