Role Overview: Due to recent team changes and forecast growth Renovator Store is seeking to hire enthusiastic junior Sales & Service Representative(s) (Part-Time or Full-Time).

Are you interested in the high growth eCommerce industry? This entry-level role is for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, learning about products, and developing their sales skills. We operate a "Sales Through Service" business model recognising a customer-first approach and staff product knowledge and confidence naturally generates sales - as opposed to "hard selling" approaches.

We want our team to understand what customers need, provide helpful advice, and identify opportunities to recommend products and solutions that genuinely add value to their project.

Key Responsibilities:

- B2C Sales: Assist customers and showroom visitors with product enquiries, selection and quotation via phone, online chat, email, and other channels. Understand customer projects and requirements and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and alternative products. Follow up pending opportunities and sales leads to help the team achieve sales targets.
- B2B Sales: Provide quote and large order support with professional and trade clients and large re-sellers/retailers. Help develop our business relationship with clients and prospective clients to help achieve sales targets.
- Customer Service: Handle general customer enquiries, returns, and delivery questions. Solve customer issues including transit loss/damage claims, change of mind returns, and product issues such as installation challenges and product defect claims.
- Order Processing: Assess new and pending orders for accuracy and completeness,



seek any customer clarifications, and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy, despatch deadline adherence, and fulfilment accuracy.
- Warehouse Support (Optional - based on candidate preference): For candidates interested in physical, hands on tasks, cross-training and role extension in picking, packing, and receiving is available. However, this is 100% optional and not a core requirement of the Sales & Service role.
- eCommerce Administration: Procure customer reviews. Order products from external suppliers. Process customer returns, transit damage claims, and follow up delayed processes.

About You:

- eCommerce experience: A genuine interest in online retail and digital customer experiences. Prior retail, customer service, or eCommerce exposure is a bonus, but not required—we will train you!
