Join us! **Job Description:** **Background:** The Front Office (FO) Equities and Global Markets Risk (GMR) Support team is responsible for providing production support and operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications used by Front Office trading, sales, and risk management functions across the region. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual contributor to join our MAPS Production Support team. The successful candidate will work closely with Front Office users, Application Development teams, Infrastructure Support, Global Production Support teams, and senior business stakeholders to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of key trading and risk platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end support lifecycle, including event monitoring, incident management, problem management, change and release support, production readiness reviews, observability enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational risk management.
