Join us! **Job Description:** **Background:** The Front Office (FO) Equities and Global Markets Risk (GMR) Support team is responsible for providing production support and operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications used by Front Office trading, sales, and risk management functions across the region. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual contributor to join our MAPS Production Support team. The successful candidate will work closely with Front Office users, Application Development teams, Infrastructure Support, Global Production Support teams, and senior business stakeholders to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of key trading and risk platforms. This is a high-profile role operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. The role demands a proactive individual who can rapidly assimilate information, drive incident resolution, lead problem management initiatives,
and continuously improve the operational resilience of the platform estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end support lifecycle, including event monitoring, incident management, problem management, change and release support, production readiness reviews, observability enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational risk management. The individual will also serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring timely communication and effective resolution of production issues. In addition to maintaining the reliability of existing services, the role provides opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence, automation, observability modernization, resiliency improvements, AI-enabled operational tooling, and platform onboarding activities. The breadth of business and technology exposure offered by this role provides an excellent opportunity to deepen expertise across Global Markets and develop a comprehensive understanding of Front Office and Risk platforms. The successful candidate will be expected to work early, middle, and late shifts, as well as providing weekend and public holiday coverage on a rotational basis, in accordance with business requirements.
