We’re hiring a Talent Partner to join our growing Talent function, working closely with our Talent Manager to scale hiring across Ecommerce Equation and Ecommerce Media. This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who can run their own requisitions end-to-end, build genuine relationships with hiring managers, and knows the ecommerce and digital marketing landscape well.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for your portfolio of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to build strong, targeted pipelines for performance marketing, ecommerce, and digital roles.

- Manage requisitions and candidate pipelines in our ATS, keeping data accurate and current.

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role scoping, market realities, and candidate assessment, and hold your ground when it counts.





- Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience across every stage of the hiring process.

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that help attract candidates from digital marketing, performance marketing, and ecommerce backgrounds.

- Support fair, unbiased hiring processes that reduce barriers for underrepresented groups.

- Track and report on hiring metrics and use the data to sharpen your approach.

What You Bring:

- 2+ years as a specialist recruiter in performance marketing, digital marketing, or ecommerce (agency or in-house). Or, experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role with strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine interest in moving into talent acquisition.

- Confidence holding your ground with senior hiring managers.

- Excellent judgement, confidentiality, and professionalism handling sensitive information.

- Comfortable working autonomously and making sound decisions without close supervision.

- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

- A real understanding of ecommerce and/or performance marketing business models and roles.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
