YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to & being mentored by an industry-leading stand-out ACCREDITED SPECIALIST partner, you will love the stimulation+challenge+ satisfaction of working on complex institutional abuse litigation cases obtaining justice for injured clients.
If you desire some VARIETY, scope to also practice in any one of: 1) CTP 2) Workers Compensation/WID 3) medical negligence 4) public liability.
You will be liaising with clients/doctors/solicitors/insurers, preparing letters/court documents, submissions+ briefs to counsel, undertaking legal research, reviewing medical evidence, time recording/billing and attending settlement conferences/mediations and court hearings.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- an admitted lawyer in NSW;
- have (pre and/or post-admission in total) MINIMUM 24 months experience (or MORE) in personal injury law including specifically in historical/institutional abuse (essential);
- have had carriage of/ managed abuse cases from start to finish;
- have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced deadline driven environment;
- are ambitious+ results-driven with a high work ethic;
- have outstanding communication, time prioritisation+ people skills;
